Happy New Years- 2012

I hope that you all had en enjoyable, safe New Year's Eve celebration!

New Years day is always a time for reflection.  To look back on the stories of the year, the good and bad choices that we made and the things that we would change, if we could.

I've had a lot of changes this year.  I got divorced. My kid's are doing well in school and bring smiles and challenges to me all the time. I continue to deal with financial restraints, just like alot of America. I try to keep an optimistic attitude, and try to figure out the best way to stay upbeat.

Alot of people will be making New Year's Resolutions about weight loss, dieting, exercise and improved health issues.  I hope that yours include improving the quality of the foods you eat, and staying active and exercising 4-5 days per week at a minimum.  I will continue to motivate you with ideas that have worked for me.

I've had alot of fun sharing my passion for clean eating and exercise with all of you, and appreciate the comments, and the 'likes' you all shared with me on Facebook.

I hope that you have gotten beneficial, helpful information from me, and would love to coninue working together for our best health.

Let's enjoy this last day off of school, work and responsibilities ( and get holiday stuff put away), and get to work together tomorrow.

Know that you make a positive difference from the example you show.

Let go of the things that you have no responsibility for and give thanks for the good in life.

Great advice Steve!
The support that I feel from all of you gives me the drive to share what has worked for me.  I'm 46 with 3 kids and I feel that my body is in the best shape of MY LIFE!
