The best style advice I’ve heard comes from Francesco Clemente. He said “
Fashion is the pursuit of perfection, and style is the acceptance of one’s flaws.”
I really enjoy fashion (especially bonding over it with my 17 year old daughter), and feel like my hard work and dedication in clean eating and exercise pays off when I get dressed up in my fashion choice and feel great about the way I look!
That happiness accepts the flaws that I’m still working on, and adores that work that I’ve achieved.
I believe that so much about how you look to others, depends on how you feel about yourself. Part of the process of better health, and the body shape that you desire, begin s inside your head!
Be sure to give yourself the proper timeline to achieve your goals, and don’t be impatient with the process.
Watch the negative speak that you may be telling yourself about your process. If you can’t be kind to you, then no one else will either.
Make your goals attainable. Then when you reach those goals, you can set a new baseline.
Give yourself a day of rest. Rest your body and your mind. Try to turn off your social media outlets and go within. You have a lot to learn, from you!
